Cleanliness and hotel facilities were really good. Transportation was convenient as it was close to the airport and had easy access to the metro. The location, right across from the Benfica football club, was a big plus. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed here recently and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area with a supermarket opposite, so it was easy to get everything I needed. The hotel staff were very attentive and made my stay very comfortable. I liked that it was near the Benfica stadium and you could easily walk to the metro station. The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic, and I enjoyed lounging on one of the sun loungers. The room was well equipped with everything I needed and was exceptionally clean. It was also handy to have a kitchenette in the room.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Great room with a football stadium view. Supermarket next door, big shopping mall nearby. Friendly staff, 10-minute car ride to the airport. Modern building with a nice rooftop pool.

The studio room was perfect for a couple, with ample cooking facilities if you didn't want to eat out. Just opposite the hotel is a small supermarket where you can stock up on food, drinks, sundries, etc. The small kitchen was even provided with a dishwasher and it was all new and clean. The room was nicely set up, I liked the design and the use of wood everywhere. The staff was very friendly.
Felt extremely safe, no reason to complain.

We had a wonderful stay at Upon Lisbon Prime Residences. The rooftop pool was a huge hit with our children - they loved the covered and warm space, complete with loungers and a bar. The apartments were cosy and well-equipped with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The daily room service was a nice touch, and the swivel TV was very convenient. And a supermarket right opposite the hotel was convenient. The location, just a five-minute walk from the nearest metro station, made getting around the city easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, literally opposite to the lovely stadium of Banfica, making it a great choice for sports enthusiasts. It is also close to Altos dos Moinhos metro station, providing easy access to the city center. it is very close to the biggest mall in Lisbon, offering plenty of shopping and dining options for guests.
Some guests have mentioned that the communication with the front desk staff could be improved.

We loved this hotel! Excellent, clean rooms with a kitchen area and separate living area. Convenient supermarket opposite the hotel. Clever TV design. Effective air conditioning. 10-minute walk to Metro line. Fantastic pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Great location.
